Hi Twinklie, this is a fan motor open circuit detection. Most likely, the fan motor has not burnt out. It is typically the NG2 board, which burns out a resistor (R143). I recently replaced the resistor on one unit and it fixed the problem. The NG2 board cost between $500-$600.
