I am using an old Olympus charger that came with my OLD Olympus digital camera ( 7 -9 years old) I am using different types of batteries also. I have some monster cable higher mah batteries (1700-1900 or so i think) and another brand. On 18650 batteries your positive terminal is the side that is slightly raised with vent holes around and it has a slight ridge around the top and the negative is the plain flat part.
