To be honest, I would have never bought my Jetta if it wasn't for the Smyth Performance's G3F kit car, which requires an MK4 Jetta as a donor. But man, I'm so glad I did. I love driving my turbo... Web10 Jun 2011 · One important point: The Smyth Performance G3F kit has no connection to Factory Five Racing. Mark was the engineer/designer of the original Factory Five Roadster kit and its "one donor car" concept, plus a lot more. However, the G3F is being developed and built by a separate company Mark founded, Smyth Performance.

He has built a semi-dry sump setup using Aviaid equipment, and recommends it above all other mods to our 4.6 engines if using for track purposes.
Web5 Jan 2009 · To keep from removing your pan and drilling/welding a bung, you can also use a sandwich fitting at the oil filter: bolt the sandwich fitting to the block in place of teh oil filter. The sandwich fitting will have one (or two) tapped fitting holes. Put your sensor in the hole. Then screw your filter to the outside of the sandwich fitting.
